Braden James Surrena Obituary

We announce the death of Braden James Surrena of Cleveland, Tennessee, who passed away on August 19, 2026, at the age of 75. Braden will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Surrena and Lillian Elder Surrena; and his brother Greg Surrena. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Surrena; his daughter Susan Wright; his son-in-law Donald Wright; his granddaughter Emily Slaton; his grandson-in-law Walker Slaton; his stepgranddaughters, Elaina Majors and Alexandra Eversole; his great grandchild Lillian Slaton; his siblings, David Surrena (Janet), Rob Surrena (Lisa), Jane Surrena and Molly Surrena; and his sister-in-law Ellen Surrena. He is also survived by his extended family, former colleagues, and many friends.
