She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Edward Gilbert and Blanche Gilbert. She is survived by: her children, Rob Wynkoop, Murphy Wynkoop and Kelsey Wilson; her brothers, Dr. Ronald Gilbert and Dr. Daniel Gilbert; and her grandchildren, Ethan Wynkoop, Noah, Carter, Melody and Miles Wilson.

Brenda was proud to have been chosen by her Church family for the H.D. Williams Service award recognizing her lifetime of contributions to others.
