She was predeceased by: her parents, J. M. Horn and Dora Horn. She is survived by: her husband Lindy Hickman; her children, Paul Hickman (Crystal) and Kara Choplin (Daniel); her granddaughters, Lauren Grace and Emma Cate; and her siblings, Linda Scoggins, Rita Lankford and Bobby Horn.
