He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia "Jenny" Burnside; his son Scott Berry; his parents, Chester Burnside and Mary Eileen Burnside; his granddaughter Tonya; and his stepmother Lucy Burnside.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Webb (Vickie) of Knoxville, Kevin Berry (Sheryl) of Ronceverte, WV, Briant Berry (Cindy Smith) of Dalton, GA, Connie Hall (Paul) and Cleveland; his grandchildren, Austin, Jeff, Orrin, Ryan, Lisa, Amanda, Jimmy, Hilarie, Matt, Jessica, Maranda, Derick, Anne, Courtney and Zack; his sister Maxine Siley (Paul); his uncle Pete Melancon; his aunt Dee Dee; and his cousins, Bettie Morton and Shirley Marsh. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
