She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay J. Epler and Catherine C. Epler (Griffin); her brother Carl N. Epler; and her sister-in-law Rita Epler (Parker). She is survived by: her children, Patrick L. Cummings of Nashville, Catherine Anne Cummings of Atlanta and Susan M Woodall (Cummings) of Alabaster, AL; her son-in-law William B. Woodall; her son Michael D Cummings of Cleveland; and her grandsons, William B. "Trey" Woodall, III, Maxwell D. "Max" Woodall, Samuel A "Sam" Woodall and Zachary L. "Zach" Woodall. She is also survived by several nieces, grandnieces and grandnephews.
