He is survived by: his wife Katherine Thompson Hafley; his sons, Terry R. Hafley (Lynnette) of Cleveland, Larry E. Hafley (Patti) of Cleveland and Charles "Chuck" M. Hafley (Sheila Presswood) of Cleveland; his grandchildren, Jason Hafley (Amy), Tanner Hafley (Amber), Erica White (Jamie), Heather Hogg (Tim) and Hannah Elledge (Jared); and his great grandchildren, Cole, Claire Ava, Jaxon, Jake, Kyle, Addy Jean, Rivers, Monroe, Landon, Jonah, Natalia and Christian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the JIM Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
