He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Maddux and Luis B. Maddux; and his siblings, Harold, Jim, Pat, Ralph, Paul Maddux, Ginger Webb, Kay Satterfield and Elizabeth Groves.
He is survived by: his sister Joyce Satterfield; his daughter Brandy Green (Steven); his grandchildren, Lauren Hayes (Andy) and Tyler Sherk (Amber); and his great grandchildren, Kash Hayes and Wesley Sherk. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and several special friends.
