He is survived by: his children, Christian Lewis, Briana Lewis and Bryson Lewis; his mother Charlotte June Smith Lewis; and his brothers, Charles Bruce Lewis (Selena) and Mike Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
