She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Hubert Lee; her parents, William Amos Choate and Bertha McKinley Choate; her parents-in-law, Arley Wilburn Lee and Lula Bell Lee; and her siblings, JC, Lawrence, Burl, Delmas Lester (Doc), Raymond Choate, Pauline (Polly) and Mildred.
She is survived by: her children, Janis Willhoit (Roy), Tammy Lee and Dennis Lee (Alice); her grandchildren, Alicia, Holli, Amy, Carmen and Crystal; her great grandchildren, Bailey, Raegan, BriAnna, Megan, Mia, Jaden, Briar, Axl, Joselyn and Mitchell; her great great grandchildren, Hudson, Owen and Sawyer; her sister Joyce Hickman; her sister-in-law Joyce Allman; her grandsons, Clint Lee and Daniel Willhoit; her nephews, Ron Choate, Tim Choate and Tony Choate; her grandsons-in-law, Jeremy Roark and Colt Oertling; and her nephews, Bobby Choate, Randall Choate, Keith Watkins, Jaden Corbin, Briar Lee and Axl Lee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
