He is survived by: his wife Kaye Lambert; his daughters, Lisa Stanbery, Erika Lambert and Adelia Mosley; his sons-in-law, Robert Beaty and Jere Mosley; his grandchildren, Alex Stanbery, Audrey Gilley (Jerod) and Ethan Mosley; his nephew Ray Best; his niece Judy Smith; his nephew-in-law Bob Kaufman; and his friend Dr. Matt McCartney.
