He is survived by: his wife Janet Caldwell; his siblings, Sam W. Caldwell Jr. and Patsy Harris; his stepson Paul Singleton; his nephew Dale Harris; and his brothers, Mike (Karen Hamilton) and Jim (Donna Gunter). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
