He was predeceased by: his father Charles Chapman; and his brothers, David, Douglas and Kenneth Chapman. He is survived by: his brother Charles Lee Chapman; his uncles, Robert McConnell, William McConnell, Phil McConnell and Jim Chapman of Huntington; and his aunt Linda Lipscomb.
