He was predeceased by: his brother Alexander Hoover. He is survived by: his mother Carolyne Fairchild; his children, Trinity and Sean Rosales; and his siblings, Patricia Arnold (Rachan), Frank Hoover (Elizabeth) and James Hoover, Sr. (Kasia).
