She is survived by: her mother Patsy Callahan; her children, Shelby Forgey (Tyler) and Christopher Price; her grandchildren, Kaleb, Kayden and Letty Forgey; her siblings, Terri Dunn (David) and Jody Callahan (Anna); her nieces and nephews, Heather Pettis (Steven), Kimberly Martinez, Hailey Lemons, Brie Lemons, David Dunn and Jake Callahan; her aunt Inez Ussery; and her uncle Glenn Padgett.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Companion Funeral Home. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
