He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fields; his daughter Susan Morgan; his son-in-law James Morgan; his son David Fields Jr.; his daughter-in-law Cyndi Fields; his son James Fields; his daughter-in-law Casey Fields; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Nicole Morgan, Clayton, Melody Fields, Ashley Fields, Aiden, Caitlin Deyton, Katheron Fields, Brady Steward, Addilyn Fields and Daniel Fields (DJ); his sisters, Sharon Fields and Dawn McMillan; and his brother-in-law Eric McMillan.
