It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Humbard of Cleveland, Tennessee, born in Carrabelle, Florida, who passed away on July 27, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norma Phyllis Dailey Humbard and Floyd F. Humbard; and his grandparents, George, Juanita Dailey, Frank and Nellie Humbard. He was also cherished by several cousins and friends.
