He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Woods and Veronica Woods; and his brothers, Bob McAllister and John McAllister. He is survived by: his wife Donna Woods; his children, Beverly Stricklin (John), Allison Bradley and Jeremy Woods (Hayley); his grandchildren, Brandon Stricklin, Adam Stricklin, Gracie Stricklin, Cruz Stricklin, Jackson Bradley, Saylor Bradley, Foster Bradley and Oliver Woods; and his siblings, Rodney Woods and LaDonna Charlet.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Companion Funeral Home - Ridge Chapel (2415 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
