She was predeceased by: her father Paul Sim Beaty. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Faye Beaty of Cleveland; her brothers, Paul Beaty (Sallie Beaty) of Cleveland and Gary Beaty (Sherry Beaty) of Cleveland; her nieces and nephews, Holly Stokes (Chris Stokes) of Cleveland, Katherine Beaty Kokaly (Christopher Kokaly) of Cleveland, Jacob Beaty (Holli Beaty) of Cleveland, Justin Beaty (Samantha Beaty) of Ooltewah, Reed Stokes, Savannah Stokes, Maverick Kokaly, Oliver Kokaly, Ella Grace Beaty, Saylor Beaty and Walker Beaty; and her friend Patty Shrite. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Debbie had requested that donations be made to: St. Jude's Children Hospital, East Side Church of Christ Benevolence, and/or the American Cancer Society.
