She was predeceased by: her husband Mark McKenzie; her parents, Jack Elrod and Wilma Hayes Elrod; and her siblings, Gincy Burnette and Louie Elrod.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sabra Cannon (Thaddeus), Jasmine Roden (Johnny) and Ellie Massingale; and her cousin Brenda Rapier (Randy). She is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and friends.
