He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Floyd and Amanda Goodell; and his siblings, Wilma, Virginia, Beatrice, Paul and Samuel.
He is survived by: his wife Fern; his children, Rick (Rhea), Daniel (Lori) and Amanda Hyberger (Brett); the mother of his children Virginia; his grandchildren, Emily (Jason), Ashleigh (Ryan), David (Kristina), Wesley (Rachel), Samuel (Karianne), Sarah, Jonathan, Aaron and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Haleigh, Aubrey, Caleb, Joshua, Winnie, Theodore and Shiloh; and his siblings, Esther Harbor, John, David, Joseph and Phillip.
The family request in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Keith Street Ministries, in memory of Don W. Chatham, 4000 Keith Street NW, Cleveland, TN 37312.
