He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Gaylord, Julia Cox, Patricia Gant, Jean Onley, John, Frank and Gordan Falkowski; his children, Don Falkowski Jr. (Carol Young), Pamela Falkowski Price (Jerry), Dale Falkowski (Luz Elena), Tim Falkowski, Pete Falk (Mari) and Laura Falkowski Weaver (Joe); his grandchildren, Donald Joseph "Joey" Falkowski III (Kelly-Jo), Kasi Price Schreader (Adam), Ryan Price (Jordyn), Andrea Turvey Kadlub, Greg Falkowski, T. J., Jordan Falkowski, Chris Falk, Pamela Weaver Evans, Angela Weaver Adams (Austin) and Joella Weaver Schlisner (Devin); his great grandchildren, Olsyn Falkowski, Noah, Finleigh Schreader, Charlotte, Henry, Theodore Price, Luke, Reagan Kadlub, Anthony, Sophia Falkowski, Juleah Falkowski, Colby and Tyler Evans; his friend Terry Ponder; and his caregiver Staci.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Companion Funeral Home Ridge Chapel (2412 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Companion Funeral & Cremation Service - Ridge Chapel (2412 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bowman Hills School worthy student fund, as Don always had a passion for Christ-centered education.
