She is survived by: her husband David Horner; her children, Zueleaka Leann Lindsey (Kentrell) and Jamie Brown; her grandchildren, Keyandre Butts, Antonio Butts Jr., Deonta Lindsey, Emma Brown, Abigail Brown, Ezekiel Brown and Anderson Brown; her siblings, Wilma Cudd (Cleveland) and John'J. B.' Blankenship (Cleveland); her niece Tina Tillery (David); and her nephews, Daniel Cudd and John Cudd.
