He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda F. Smith; his children, Laura Smith and Jeremy Smith (Bonus); his grandchildren, Ander Jones, Dale Jones and Bonus; his daughter Betsy Pressley; his siblings, Knopp Smith, Randall Smith, Samuel Smith, Laline Bagley, Wanda Smith, Myrtle Reagan, Mamie Richey and Patricia Edmonds; his parents, John G. Smith and Laura Belle Smith; his brothers, Landon Smith, John Smith Jr. and Douglas Smith Bonus; and his granddaughter Shelby Pressley. He was also cherished by 6 Grandchildren plus 14 bonus grandchildren from his wife's side 3 Great Grandchildren.
