He is survived by: his sisters, Sheila Hardin of West, TN, Darlene Myers of Indianapolis, IN and Stephanie Reffner (Keith) of Cleveland, TN; his nieces and nephews, Katlyn, Kala, Kaleb Hardin, Michelle Hensel, Shannon, Matt, Heather, Hannah, Kyle Myers, Andrew Reffner (Maranda) and Lauren Johnson (Tanner); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lilly, Evan, Austin Myers, Landan, Ethan Hensel, Landon, Jackson Reffner and Penelope; and his caregiver Jennings Johnson. He is also survived by several extended family members and special friends.
