He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Goins and Lizzie Goins; his wife Betty Goins; and his brothers, Herman Goins and Elmer Goins Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, Rick Goins, Randy Goins and Robby Goins; and his grandchildren, April Davis, Dustin Goins, Danielle Goins and Amber Gossett. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; along with a host of extended family and friends.
