She was predeceased by : her husband Roy Thomas Huskey; her parents, Ethel Murphy Vaughn and William Ernest Vaughn; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Huskey; her parents-in-law, Clara Shannon Huskey and Charlie Huskey; her sisters, Nancy Vaugh Moore and Wanda Vaughn Frazier; and her sister-in-law LaVada Huskey Gregg Fulton.

She is survived by : her children, Pam Huskey Simmons (Bobby) and Tommy Huskey (Ann); her granddaughter Jenni Simmons; her great grandchild Rhylee Simmons; her sister Shirley Vaughn Huntsinger; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Huskey (Caroline) and Dewey Huskey (Janice). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Waterville Baptist Church (4555 Dalton Pike, Cleveland, TN 37323). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
