She was predeceased by: her parents, Hamilton Goins and Margaret Goins; her husband Owen Moore; and her siblings, Bobby Goins, Buddy Goins, Don Goins and Helen Turner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Ann Earwood and Freida Myers; her granddaughters, Nykkole Davis, Rebecca Swilling and Jessica Hazzard; her great grandchildren, Hunter Davis, Chase Davis, Harper Hazzard and Reid Hazzard; her great great grandchildren, Knox, Walker, Blake and Ryan Davis; her nieces and nephews, David Goins, Ralph Turner, Ruth Ann Hall and Margaret Ridge; and her sisters-in-law, Pearl Goins and Patsy Smith.
