Evelyn Louise Melton Ogle Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Louise Melton Ogle of Cleveland, Tennessee, who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Melton and Lena Garner Melton; her husband Kenneth Doyle Ogle; her sons, Doyle Anderson Ogle and Dwight Richard Ogle; her grandson Jeremy Dwight Ogle; her siblings, June "Tootsie" McCracken, Horace "Bud" Melton, Shelby Melton Clark and Randall Melton of Asheville, NC; and her son-in-law Randy Summars.

She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Park Summars and Deanna Tankersley (Mike); her daughters-in-law, Wilma Ogle and Sally Ogle; her sister Jimmie Robinson of Hixson, TN; her grandchildren, Lisa Lovelace (Allan), Kenny Park (Denise), Susan Swafford, Andra Griffey (Brent), Bridgett Ogle and Nathen Ogle; and her great grandchildren, Sarah Clark (Chase), Sabrina Lovelace Robb (Danny), Ryan Lovelace, Nate Lovelace, Tessa Sparks (Brian), Alexis Griffey, Jaydon Griffey, Ethan Griffey and Jacob Ogle. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
