She was predeceased by: her husband James A. Roderick; her parents, Afton Kile and Frances Irene Jackson Kile; her sister Janice Clark; and her daughter-in-law Amie Shepard Roderick.

She is survived by: her children, Tyson Roderick of Cleveland, Tara Hillman of Cleveland, Regina Lane (Scotty) of Cleveland, Tonya Jones (Lee) of Cleveland and Shera Martin (David) of Cleveland, GA; her grandchildren, Jacob Roderick, Hunter Smith, Savannah Martin, Sawyer Martin, Skyler Jones of Cheyna Mooneyham, C. J and Lea Jones; and her siblings, Bill Kile (Myrtle), David Kile, Michael Kile, Kathy Kile and Diane Congioloso (Bruce). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Elaine's funeral expenses and mailed to Ralph Buckner Funeral Home at 3000 Ralph Buckner Boulevard, Cleveland, TN 37311.
