He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Albert Lee Calfee, Ted Cleo Burris, Frank McCartney, Sr. and Marshall Coyle; and his brother Joseph "Joe" Bernard.
He is survived by: his wife Beth McCartney; his children, Charley McCartney and Francis "Parker" McCartney IV; his parents, Sharlene Calfee Williams (Jeff) and Francis Ivan McCartney, Jr. (Linda); his siblings, Shanda McCartney, Tiffany Smith (Brandon), Joshua McCartney, Hunter White, Tanner White, Trevor White, Seth Bernard and Tracy Abdullah; his grandmother Kizzie Calfee (Delores Coyle); his parents-in-law, Richard VanCor and Laurie Baker; and his siblings-in-law, Jason Baker (Susan), Kelly Self (Charlie) and Mallory VanCor. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, several cousins, and friends.
