He is survived by: his wife Carole Cunningham of Cleveland, TN; his children, Jason Cunningham and Jamie Cunningham of Saint Louis Missouri; his siblings, Larry, Ron Cunningham of Saint Louis, MO, Carol Jennings and Linda Loden of Grandview, TN; his stepdaughter Laura Allen; his son-in-law Steven Allen; his grandchildren, Chandler, Zachary, Nicholas Allen of Cleveland, TN and Charles Roman of Pittsburgh, PA; and his close friend Wanda Giles of Cleveland, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
