It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred A. Lowe Jr. (Cleveland, Tennessee), who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederic Albert Lowe, Sr. and Dorothy Albin Sawyer Lowe (Marie Bright Lowe). He is survived by: his children, Rick Lowe (Kim), Lisa Rhea, Mary Anne Neely (David) and Diane Turnham (Kyle); his grandchildren, Alex Thornton (Sean), Taylor Elliot (Nic), Abby Neely and Steven Turnham; and his great grandchildren, Perry, Emy and Dorothy.
