He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola Evans and Emery "Edd" Evans; his grandparents, Charles, Martha Houlk, Lloyd Sr. and Louisa Evans; and his sisters, Shirley Smith (Leonard) and Brenda Evans.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Brad Hufstetler (Sarah), Eric Hufstetler (Helen) and Katie Creighton (Mark); his granddaughter Brenley Evans; his niece Megan Antuna (AJ); his nephew Stacy Smith; and his cousins, Candy Lawson, Alex Lawson (Ashley), Andrew Lawson (Jennae), Jaxson Antuna and Lola Antuna. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
