It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Kuykendall of Cleveland, Tennessee, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edsel Henry Kuykendall and Wilda Mae Stafford Kuykendall. He is survived by: his wife Dalphna Ballinger Kuykendall; his children, Alex Kuykendall (Tina) of Riceville, TN, Jeremy Kuykendall of Chattanooga, TN, Dawn Sheridan (George) of Bradenton, FL and Misti Michaels (David) of Cleveland, TN.; and his siblings, Jerome Kuykendall (Jona) of Cleveland, TN and Mary Nell Sexton of Rome, GA.. He is also survived by Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
