He was predeceased by: his parents, Gradie Farner and Shirley Farner; and his siblings, Angela Gail Farner, Allan Farner and Patricia Farner.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Farner; his children, Keith Skelton (Teresa), Mark Farner (Amanda) of Sevierville, TN and Casey Miller (Steve) of Monroe County, TN; his grandchildren, Tiffany Farner, Savannah Wooten, Bradley Farner, Sarah Skelton, Jonathan Skelton, Tabitha Skelton, Crystal Farner, Paul Farner, Haley Bell, Shane Bell, Seath Bell and Halane Bell; and his siblings, Melinda Farner, Vicky Farner, Timothy Farner and Cindy McGill. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
