He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Bunch Sheffey; and his parents, Leroy Dale and Sudie Beene Sheffey. He is survived by: his granddaughter Kambree; his stepchildren, Wayne Keith, Valerie McCoy and Kristy Chase; his grandchild Kaya Chase; his great grandchildren, Dustin Keith and Holly Keith; his brothers, Allen Sheffey (Deanna) of Englewood and Charles Sheffey of Atlanta, GA; and his close friends, Jeff Long, Dwan Long and George Mitchum. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
