He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Chastain and Ruby Chastain; his wife Charlene Chastain; his son Terry Chastain; and his brothers, Dewey Chastain and Danny Chastain.
He is survived by: his son Todd Chastain (Jill); his grandchildren, Aaron Chastain (Lizzie) and Laura Dye (Patrick); his great grandchildren, Braeden Dye and Ella Dye; and his sister Zora Chastain. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
