We announce the death of Hazel Womack of Cleveland, Tennessee, who passed away on October 7, 2026, at the age of 87. Hazel will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Leolas "Dude" Womack; her son Tony Womack; her grandson Michael Womack; her children-in-law, Kathy Womack and Lynn Jarrett; and her parents, Gladys Watson and Lewis Watson.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Womack (Ann) and Delores Womack; her grandchildren, David Seymore, Kristy Spence (Steve) and Daniel Womack; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Seymore, Justin Burrell, Joshua Burrell, Liam Womack and Katelyn Seymore. She is also survived by extended family and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Companion Funeral Home (2415 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Beta Cemetery (8956 TN-58, Decatur, TN 37322).
