She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Cain and Vickie Cain. She is survived by: her husband Cody Coulter; her sister Venus Wofford (Richard); and her nephew Brantley Wofford. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made in Heather's memory to the American Transplant Center or the National Diabetes Foundation.
