She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend H. A. Sheeler and Emma Lee Sheeler; her husband John H Miller; her son-in-law Clayborne Phillips; her grandchildren, Shannon Smith and Brandon Miller; and her great grandchild Issaiah Parris.
She is survived by: her children, LeBron Miller (Terrie), Sophia Phillips and Angela Thornton (Kevin); her grandchildren, Regina Sharp, Joseph Walton, Misty Cranfill, Dion Miller, Dwayne, Tasha, Joshua Phillips and Gabrielle Thornton; and her great grandchildren, JaShawn, JaMaya and Antonio. She is also survived by many cousins, friends.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Ronald McDonald House.
