He is survived by: his son Jeff; his wife Lasala Webb Upton of Cleveland, TN; his children, Jeffery Clark of Etowah, TN, Claytor Billingsley (Shelby) of Sweetwater, TN, Dionne Upton of Chattanooga, TN and Davey Upton of Sweetwater, TN.; his grandchildren, Cory Billingsley (Jenna) of Knoxville, TN, Kolbe Billingsley, Trinity Upton and Micah Upton of Sweetwater, TN.; his siblings, John Upton (Aza) of Itta Bena, MS, Frank Alvin Upton of Cleveland, TN, Stella Dial (Samuel) of Chattanooga, TN, Aline Johnson, Frances Bailey and Lincoln Upton of Sweetwater, TN; and his sister-in-law Javanna Webb Upton of Cleveland, TN. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
