She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Doty; her parents, Watson Beene and Myrtle Beene; and her sisters, Leona Beene, Sudie Sheffey and Jessie Richie.
She is survived by: her son Garnett Doty (Jo); her grandsons, Matt Doty (Wendy) and Ben Doty (Tina); her great grandchildren, Collin, Madison, Caden, Riley, Will, Knox and Harper Doty; and her brother Tom Beene. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Tennessee Baptist Childrens Home.
