He is survived by: his wife Betty Buckner; his daughters, Ashley Kairn (Richard) and Andrea Lynn Burton (Carl); his stepchild Stacey Dunn (James); his grandchildren, Lucyane, Leia, Remington, Simon and David; his sister Ruth Abercrombie (David); and his cousin Tom Buckner.

In lieu of flowers, Jack's family requests that memorials be sent to Bradley Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
