He is survived by: his brothers, Steve Higgins, Arnold Higgins and Wade Higgins; his wife Glenda Ogle Higgins; his daughters, Karen (Tony Young), Sharon (Tim Jenkins) and Sheila (Anthony Hullender); his grandson David Jeffery Sims; and his siblings, Herchel Higgins, Bill Higgins, Randell Higgins, Pat Massengill Davis and Pam Higgins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, with a lot of wonderful friends.
