He is survived by: his sister Pat Cartwright; his sister-in-law Edie Zak; and his sibling's children, Sharon Hampton, Connie Cromer (Ed), Walt Hampton, Jeff Hampton, Elizabeth Goodwin (Dan) and Danny Caldwell. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
