It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L. Kelley Sr. of Cleveland, Tennessee, who passed away on April 17, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Kelley and Retta Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Edna Marie Kelley; his children, Darline Cooper (Daniel) of Cleveland, Barbara Goins of Cleveland and Lavon Kelley of Cleveland; and his grandchildren, Damion Kelley, Leah Seiberling, Joshua Kelley and Lorna Cooper. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
