He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Lewis and Glenn Lewis; and his siblings, MaryRuth Brown, Bob, Joe, Sam Lewis and Frances Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Lewis; his son Michael (Liza); his stepsons, Joe Burns III (Brenda) and John Burns (Natalie); his grandchildren, Victoria, Charlee Emma Lewis, Reid Burns, Grant Steele (Zena) and Ashley Austin (Reci); his great grandchildren, Parker, Isla Austin, Lana and Keira Steele; and his pet Sugar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Therese Catholic Church.
