He is survived by: his wife Sharron; his children, April Moulden of Oak Ridge, TN. and Shawn Thomas of Oak Ridge, TN.; his nephews, Henry Tate (Deneen) of Chicago, IL and Henry Tate III (Florida); his niece Elizabeth McFarland of Nashville, TN; his cousins, Betty Franklin of Knoxville, TN, Marshall Kelso of Knoxville, TN and Nancy Alexander of Atlanta, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Rafton of Atlanta, GA, Kayvin Grate of Oak Ridge, TN and Lucille Griffin of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
