He is survived by: his children, T. J. Smith, Charity Schutt and Brandy Bridges; and his siblings, David, Jackie Smith, Carolyn Marsh (Jason) and Violet Grogan (James). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
