It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Thomas Wagner (Cleveland, Tennessee), who passed away on March 16, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clarence and Avis Margaret Kile Wagner; and his siblings, Ray Wagner, Betty Moore and Deane Morrow.

He is survived by: his wife Sarah Howell Wagner; his brother Darrell Wagner (Bernice); and his sister-in-law Martha Hancock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to First United Methodist Church of Cleveland in James's honor.
